Promise to make a great America, bought cheap goods from China behind the scenes

America buys goods from China: Anywhere in the world, as soon as elections come, various types of things start being sold. There is a rise in demand for election related materials. Recently, when the American elections ended, many things came to light. The biggest thing was that the talk of hurting China’s economy or making the import of Chinese goods expensive has become hollow.

Heavy purchase of Chinese goods during US elections

In the American elections, people used Chinese products extensively to support their candidates. Be it Trump or Kamala or any previous presidential candidate, items bearing their campaign symbols and emblems sell more than items made in China, not in the US.

Made in China goods

Be it America or India or any big country in the world, they have to depend on China for cheap things. China is gaining hold in the global market through its cheap products. Be it Trump or Harris or Biden, no American leader has been able to stop China’s infiltration nor will be able to stop it in the future.

The leader whose goods are sold the most is the winner

Since 2000, there has been a trend in America that the leader whose goods are sold the most, wins. This trend has become a difficult matter in the US for almost a decade. Till now only two known leaders have lost the elections. This happened in the year 2000 and 2019. But every time the leader who sold more goods seemed to be victorious.

Chinese traders send goods worth billions of dollars to America

If we look at the last 11 elections, the demand for goods increases significantly during elections in America. A variety of materials are being dumped into the American market by Chinese traders. According to sources, most of the goods worth billions of dollars being smuggled into America belong to Chinese traders.

Local industries suffer loss due to cheap Chinese goods

China dominates the US market by selling cheap goods to local merchants through e-commerce websites. Some traders said American and Chinese websites and e-commerce sites were dumping half the content on the US market. Due to this, local industries and businessmen of America do not get space.

According to American textile industry experts, billions of dollars worth of goods are dumped into the United States by Chinese manufacturers taking advantage of the United States’ trade policy and there is no room left for American manufacturers. Due to which they face a lot of trouble.

Chinese get trapped due to de minimis loophole

American businessmen and manufacturers allege that some of the US government’s policies harm local businesses and traders. On the other hand, America’s enemy and adversary China is benefiting.

Due to the trade policies made by America, cheap and junk goods from China are being dumped in the American market at cheap prices. America’s de minimis loophole policy is playing the biggest role.

Under this policy, no tax is levied on goods imported into the US if their value is less than $800. Apart from this, verification is done at a normal level and in many cases it may not even happen.

Since cheap goods come in the market, there is no tax on them and their prices remain low. On the other hand, products made in America are taxed more, so their prices increase and people do not buy them.

An informed person claimed that due to this policy of America, 11 American manufacturing units were closed in the last 18 months. Its effect was seen in this election. This year too, Chinese products overtook American products.

In 9 out of the last 11 elections, election content influenced the results

T-shirts, flags, caps, posters, pins and other election materials entered the US market through ecommerce websites at very low prices. According to a study, 70 percent people buy election materials to influence others. 68 percent of these people believe that the sale and use of these election materials has a direct impact on the elections and results. Content shops and other media also accept it.

People who trade in these items say that their use greatly affects people’s demand. The survey conducted in this regard has also revealed that if we look at the last 11 elections in America, 9 times the candidate who has sold the most election materials has won. In only two cases did other candidates win despite excessive selling of election materials.

In 2000, AL Gore was considered the strongest contender, but George W. Bush won by a slim margin. Similarly, in the 2019 election, half of Hillary Clinton’s goods were sold, but Donald Trump won. This time Trump’s content sold more and he won.

Trump has an upper hand over Kamala in terms of election material.

There is also a huge market for election material in America. A large quantity of material is brought and purchased by supporters and associates of both the parties. There is a high demand for items like T-shirts, shirts, caps, gloves, shoes in support of each candidate. Apart from this, demand for materials like pins, posters, flags also increases. Games, toys, stickers etc. are also sold indiscriminately.

Talking about this election itself, there was a war between Trump and Kamala Harris not only over the election but also over the sale of its content. Since the beginning of this year, the demand for things supporting Trump has started increasing. Demand was high on e-commerce platforms.

Millions of dollars worth of goods have been sold through ecommerce websites alone. This time, by the end of the elections, one item of Kamala Harris was sold, while five items of Trump were sold. This year, $140 million worth of Trump-supporting materials were sold. In contrast, Kamala Harris’ merchandise, launched a few months ago, sold for only $29 million.

Make America Great by Made in China

This time Trump raised slogans like Make America Great Again and Make in America. In the last two and a half decades, be it Trump or any other candidate, no one cared about the American economy and the confrontation with China. Whenever Chinese products came to the American market, they sold and people had fun.

For five years after the election, Chinese goods were coming to the US, locking horns with China and re-election. Recently also such claims were made that Trump has defrauded people regarding products made in China.

Several media outlets and news agencies claimed that Trump had recently sold copies of a Bible titled God Bless the USA. Trump’s website sold two types of Bibles. One Bible contained several Bible passages, excerpts from the U.S. Constitution, and Trump’s own notes, while the other did not contain Trump’s own notes.

A Bible with Trump notes sold for $1,000. Similarly, a regular Bible sold for $55.99 per copy. In this regard, an agency claimed that the Bible made by Trump and sold at an expensive price had come to America from China.

This one Bible cost Trump only $3. Trump sold it for $10, making half the profit. This Bible was produced by a printing press in Hangzhou, China. These copies were sold to a company owned by Trump. These copies were then sold at high prices in America.

People prefer Chinese material because it is cheap.

US market insiders believe that people prefer Chinese ingredients because they are cheaper. The informants also gave some examples in this regard. He said that even in common items like pins and pens, a difference of up to 90 percent was seen during the elections. A normal pen used for election campaigning can be had for eight to ten dollars if you get an American made pen. In contrast, the price of Chinese counterfeit pens goes up to a dollar.

Also the caps seen in American elections. Substantial differences were also seen in the value of the largest currency giant cap. The campaign hat, known as the Giant Cap or Mega Hat, was sold on Trump’s website for $40. In contrast, the same caps were being sold on a Chinese website for just $4.

Kamala Harris’s ad hats, on the other hand, were selling for $47 on her website. In contrast, Kamala Harris-endorsed hats were selling for just $3 on a Chinese website. Similarly, some T-shirts were sold by American companies for 15 to 20 dollars. At the same time, the same T-shirt made in China was available for only 3 to 4 dollars.
