Guwahati, August 13 (HS). Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma has said, “We are on the verge of fulfilling the promise of providing one lakh jobs on the basis of merit in a transparent manner and will soon cross this number.”
In a social media post on Tuesday, Dr Sarma said, “Another issue that we have set as a target parallel to the recruitment process is 'transparent transfer process'. We are set to launch a portal from October 2 to ensure the transfer process of state government class III and IV employees in a transparent manner through mutual understanding.”
The Chief Minister said that the third and fourth class employees of the state can get themselves transferred from one place to another by sharing among themselves. He said that this will be convenient for the employees and the office will also get rid of files related to transfers.
