Problems of employees were discussed in PNM meeting

Prayagraj, 10 May (HS). Under the chairmanship of Divisional Railway Manager Himshu Badoni, a two-day PNM meeting of Prayagraj Division officials with NCR Employees Association (NCRES) General Secretary RP Singh and officials was held in Sankalp Auditorium on the second day. The General Secretary congratulated the Divisional Railway Manager on the progress of the Division and informed about the problems of the employees and discussed them.

Public Relations Officer Amit Kumar Singh said that in the meeting, RP Singh talked about ease of appointment on compassionate grounds, maintenance of NCRES offices, shortage of doctors and availability of specialist doctors in the central hospital, availability and distribution of medicines, removal of abandoned colonies, employment of employees. He expressed his views on dozens of issues like duty for more than 8 hours, cycle allowance for the employees working in the engineering department, overtime allowance, provision of clean and cold water for all the employees, proper maintenance of the houses.

Divisional Railway Manager Himanshu Badoni, while appreciating the cooperation of NCRES in the meeting, said that you all have a big contribution in the excellent performance of Prayagraj Division. All issues raised by NCRES will be resolved soon with the cooperation of the authorities. Construction of houses is being done at a rapid pace in the entire division, adequate number of houses will be available by the end of the year 2024. Immediate instructions were given for availability of clean and cold water in all offices. NCRES officials working in Prayagraj, Kanpur, Shankargarh and Tundla participated in the meeting.

PRO told that in the meeting Additional Divisional Railway Manager General Sanjay Singh, Additional Divisional Railway Manager OP Ajay Kumar Rai, Senior Personnel Officer MK Khare, Senior Divisional Engineer Coordination Sitaram, Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer Coordination Kunwar Singh Yadav, Senior Divisional Signal and Telecom Engineer Ujjwal Nigam, Senior Divisional Finance Manager Ashutosh Sharma and branch officers of other departments were present.
