Patna, July 29 (HS). Model Pentathlon State Championship was organized under the aegis of Bankipur Club Limited and Patna Modern Pentathlon. On the last day of the championship on Monday, the Best Athlete Award was given to Prince Kumar of Patna and among girls, Chandni Kumari of Buxar, who were honored with medals by the Chief Guest Legislative Council Anamika Singh. About 120 participants from 14 districts of Bihar took part in the championship.
Secretary of Bankipur Club Limited, Gopal Khemka said that Bankipur Club will always organize sports events. He assured that Bankipur Club will organize events at Bihar and national level. This will help the players to progress. Dr. Sanjay Kumar Santhalia also assured to provide all possible help to the players of Bankipur Club on this occasion.
