On the occasion of Seva Pakhwada to commemorate the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Wednesday, after a meeting in the Collectorate auditorium under the aegis of Emlico, an undertaking of the Government of India for the disabled, Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament Mrs. Seema Dwivedi distributed free motorized tricycles to a total of 112 disabled persons including Sonu, Ratan Kumar, Khushboo, Pushpa, Saheb Lal.

During this, the Rajya Sabha MP informed the Divyangjans that people with more than 40 percent disability have been provided free bus travel facility and bus travel is free for people with more than 80 percent disability and one of their attendants. This is a good initiative taken by the government. During this, he also told that many schemes are being run by the Prime Minister for the Divyangjans, due to which more and more Divyangjans are getting benefited. He said that in his area, about 10000 Divyangjans have been benefited by him through various schemes. On this occasion, District Development Officer Meenakshi Devi, District Divyangjan Empowerment Officer Divya Shukla and other officials were present.
