Ranchi (Jharkhand), May 3 (HS). Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached the capital Ranchi after addressing a public meeting in Chaibasa on Friday evening. After leaving Birsa Munda Airport here, he garlanded the statue of Lord Birsa Munda at Birsa Chowk. He also circumambulated the statue and greeted the people. After this his convoy moved ahead.
There was great enthusiasm among BJP workers and supporters on Modi's arrival. A large number of supporters and BJP workers gathered on both sides of the road to get a glimpse of him. From Birsa Chowk to Ratu Road, people kept waiting for the arrival of Prime Minister Modi on the roadside. Preparations were made at various places to welcome Modi. Along with BJP, AJSU leaders and workers were also busy welcoming the Prime Minister. PM Modi also did a road show from Bharat Mata Chowk in Harmu. During this period, elaborate security arrangements were also made. The police administration people remained fully prepared.
It is noteworthy that today Prime Minister Modi held a road show for the third time in Ranchi. He did a road show for the first time in the year 2019. For the second time in the year 2023, a road show was conducted on the birth anniversary of Lord Birsa Munda.
