Sultanpur, 22 April (HIST). MP Maneka Sanjay Gandhi said in street meetings in Lambhua Assembly on Monday that I have visited eleven hundred villages and hamlets once or twice in five years. I have served more as a mother than as an MP. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has changed the direction and condition of the country. Every poor person should have his own house, the dream is coming true. I gave one lakh thirty thousand houses to the poor. I will bring one lakh more houses after the elections. No eligible person will be rendered homeless. The MP addressed more than 16 street meetings.
The MP said that like other government schemes, work on the scheme of providing tap water to every village is going on at a fast pace. To ensure that everyone gets affordable medicines, Jan Aushadhi Centers have been opened at various places. A network of roads, 700 new transformers and replacement of dilapidated wires have been done in the villages. The problem of traffic jams has ended due to the widening of roads in the city. A parking zone has been created to park the vehicles at one place and a vending zone has been created to provide fruits and vegetables etc. at one place.
Maneka Gandhi said that my only aim is to make Sultanpur the number one district of UP. I do great work, but I am more interested in helping people get relief from their personal problems. The number of people, the number of problems and I solve them all immediately.
On the complaint of theft at Pramila Singh's house in Safipur village, BJP MP called SHO Chanda and instructed him to immediately catch the thieves. He told that a child Kapil Maurya called and told that he is preparing to run 400 meters for the country but due to being poor, he is not able to get nutritious food. Then I immediately asked the sports officer to get help immediately. I hope that child will bring glory to Sultanpur one day. He also expressed his gratitude to the people for the immense public support received in the street meetings despite wheat harvesting.
