Pressure of 9 hours of work…! Robot commits suicide…!

As the world progresses, technology also progresses. Robots and machines have come to replace humans. There is no machine that is not doing any work. Robots and machines are now ready to do everything from small to big work. Thus it can be said that the work of humans has become easier.

It was said that these robots will do all the work of humans. Also, some areas are now filled with these robots instead of humans. Automated robots are now making inroads in some areas. But in a strange incident, it is reported that a robot committed suicide due to work pressure.

You may be surprised, but this incident is true. For the first time in South Korea, a robot has allegedly committed suicide. The robot 'Supervisor Gumi' was a hardworking employee of the city council who was known to work from 9 am to 6 pm every day.

Can work stress affect robots too? You might be questioning that. But it seems that this robot has committed suicide due to work pressure. It is being called the country's first “robot suicide”.

According to officials, the robot apparently committed suicide by falling down the building's stairs. The robot is reported to have fallen on the stairs. On June 26, the Gumi City Council reported that parts of the robot, named Robot Supervisor, were scattered at the bottom of the stairs between the first and second floors of the council building.

The robot supervisor was a hardworking employee of the Gumi City Council who worked from 9am to 6pm every day. The robot was under stress due to this workload. Locals have seen the robot crawling down the stairs before falling down. But an investigation has now been ordered to investigate how it fell.

A special investigation team has collected the pieces of the robot and they will be analyzed by the company. The robot employee who delivered various types of government letters to the local residents was very much liked by the people. This also provided information to the people. Also, all the information was explained to the people immediately.

This robot was assigned to this building in August 2023. It earned the distinction of being the world's first robot to be appointed as an officer in a government office. It was built by California-based robot startup Bear Robotics.

At present, the news of this robot's suicide is spreading rapidly on social media and it has attracted everyone's attention and surprise. It is ironic that humans have not evolved to the level where they commit suicide due to work pressure, the same robots that have been created to reduce human labor.
