Material
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ¼ cup crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon peanuts
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- ¼ tsp fenugreek seeds
- ¼ cup dry coconut
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp dried mango powder
- 1 pinch asafoetida
- ½ tsp salt
How to make Dry Garlic Chutney?
- – Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add ¼ cup crushed garlic.
- Fry it on low flame till it becomes golden brown.
- Now add 1 spoon of peanuts and fry till they become crispy.
- Now add 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds and ¼ tsp fenugreek seeds.
- Fry this material on low flame till the aroma comes out.
- Now add ¼ cup dry coconut and fry it well.
- Let it cool completely. Then put it in the blender.
- Now add 1 tsp chili powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp dry mango powder, a pinch of asafoetida and ½ tsp salt.
- Grind this mixture without adding water.
- Dry garlic chutney is ready. You can use it in vada pav, dry mix, patata vada etc.
