Preparations completed for grand welcome of Prime Minister in Kashi, will gift 36 projects

Varanasi, 21 February (HS). Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach his parliamentary constituency Kashi on 22 February, exactly a month after the consecration of Lord Shri Ram Lalla in Ayodhya on 22 January. The Prime Minister will stay in Kashi for two days. On February 22, the Prime Minister will reach BLW by road from Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport in Babatpur and will rest for the night. Prime Minister Modi will be received at the airport by state Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Governor Anandiben Patel. On February 23, the Prime Minister will gift 36 projects worth Rs 14316.07 crore to Purvanchal. These include inauguration of 23 schemes worth Rs 10972 crore and laying of foundation stone of 13 schemes worth Rs 3344.07 crore.

The Prime Minister will mainly participate in three programs on 23 February. Will participate in the program at Swatantra Bhawan of BHU in the morning. Saint will go to the temple situated at Seer Govardhan, the birthplace of Shiromani Ravidas and pay obeisance. After meeting Sant Niranjan Das, the Prime Minister will serve langar and address the public meeting. A 25 feet tall statue of Saint Ravidas will also be unveiled here. After this, PM Banas will inaugurate the Kashi Complex in the industrial area Karkhiyav. PM will address the public meeting here.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who reached the top of power from Kashi, will sound the trumpet of 2024 Lok Sabha elections from his parliamentary constituency Varanasi. During his visit to Varanasi, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of schemes and employment-oriented projects related to the fields of health, education, transport, waterways, sports, religion, spirituality etc. Before this, the Chief Secretary and DGP of the state took information about the preparations for the Prime Minister's visit through video conferencing last Tuesday.

Divisional Commissioner Kaushal Raj Sharma and District Magistrate S Rajalingam gave information about the various programs proposed during the Prime Minister's visit to Varanasi and placed the preparations before the Chief Secretary. Police Commissioner Mutha Ashok Jain informed the Chief Secretary and DGP about the preparations made by the police administration through PPT.
