Ranchi, 03 September (HS). Preparations have been completed for the divisional level program for distribution of honor money under Jharkhand Chief Minister Maiyan Samman Yojana. Top officials took stock of the preparations being made at the program venue on Tuesday. Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar Sinha, Director Information and Public Relations Department, Rajiv Lochan Bakshi and Senior Superintendent of Police Chandan Sinha visited the program venue. During this, Sub-Divisional Officer Utkarsh Gupta, District Public Relations Officer Urvashi Pandey and other related officials were also present.
Beneficiaries from five districts will participate in the divisional level program. Arrangement for seating of beneficiaries has been made in three lakh square feet at the Khoja Toli Training Ground located at Namkum, the venue. The Deputy Commissioner said that the program is scheduled from 1 pm to 3 pm. Adequate arrangements have been made for the convenience of beneficiaries coming from the five districts of the division. Enclosures have been made for different districts at the venue, where beneficiaries will take their designated place under the direction of the officers of the concerned district, Sevika-Sahayika and sisters of Sakhi Mandal. There will be arrangement of drinking water for the beneficiaries in every enclosure. Along with this, necessary guidelines have been given to the concerned officials through the Deputy Commissioner regarding arrangements for food, parking, media etc.
Three gates have been made at the venue from where the beneficiaries will enter. At every gate, those entering will be checked with metal detectors. The Deputy Commissioner said that more than a hundred magistrates and more than two thousand police personnel have been deputed at the venue from the point of view of law and order. Routes have been determined for the buses bringing beneficiaries from various blocks of Ranchi district and other districts for the program. Necessary guidelines have been given to the concerned block development officers and district level officers in this regard so that traffic jams do not occur. Through the Deputy Commissioner, visitors have been asked to take the help of the ring road so that no traffic jam situation arises in the city.
For the successful conduct of the divisional level program for distribution of honor money under Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Mayiya Samman Yojana, the police-administrative officers deputed by the Deputy Commissioner have been instructed to work in mutual coordination. He said that everyone should perform the prescribed duty at their designated place. He expressed hope that with everyone's cooperation and better coordination, an excellent program will be organized.
