Preparations are in full swing in Somnath for the Shravan month starting from August 5, 108 service has been started in Patangan of Chowpatty

Gir Somnath News: The holy month of Shravan is starting from 5th August. This time the difference in Shravan month is that Shravan month will start from Monday and there will be five Mondays in this month. Also, the month will end on Monday on the day of Somvati Amavasya. Preparations have started in full swing on behalf of Somnath Trust-Administrative system.

From yesterday, 10 emergency services have been activated for pilgrims at Chowpatty Patangan near Somnath temple. Also, a huge dome is being built in the Chowpatty ground. In which a dome is being built to make people rest in rain and sunshine for cultural programs. All the security personnel of Somnath were trained in bomb prevention precautions and measures by experts of the district police system.

A special trainer from Delhi will give such training to the said employees for five days from 31st to 7th in Somnath Trust. The dilapidated CCTVs are being replaced with new ones. The Somnath Trust Guest House booking room has been modernized. The inauguration of which is likely to take place in Shravan month. The police cottages in the temple darshanpath are being renovated. In Somnath, the Baroda SRP contingent became disorganized, due to which Vadodara SP SRP Rajendra Singh Chudaska went to Somnath and inspected it.
