If you want to make Malpua, first of all add sugar to the milk and leave it for an hour. When the sugar dissolves in the milk, then use it to make the batter. To make kheer, sieve the flour in a vessel. – Add fennel, cardamom and grated coconut and mix well. If the sugar dissolves in the milk, then add it to the mixture and prepare the liquid. If the paste is not made properly, then add some water to it and whisk it. – After this preparation, put ghee in a pan and keep it on the gas to heat. – After the ghee is heated, make the gas medium. Take two tablespoons of the paste and roll it in the shape of a puri and put it in ghee and fry the puri. Fry the Malpua by turning it from both sides till it turns red. Make the puri like this and serve it hot.
