Preparation for cap survey before assembly elections, survey workers will collect data from June 27

Ranchi, June 24 (HS). Chief Electoral Officer K. Ravi Kumar addressed the two-day workshop organized for the members of the camp survey team at the Election House on Monday. He said that a camp survey is being conducted in the state to collect information about the actual status of the electoral participation of voters. The members of the survey team will ensure to enter all the questions in the proper format while collecting information from the voters during the survey. He directed that the team of the camp survey should provide its report on time so that the voters can be made aware in time.

The survey team will submit the survey report to the Election Department by the end of July

In the two-day training program organized at the Election House, the survey team members were also given detailed training on various points related to this. After the training, the survey personnel will do field work from June 27. The survey team will collect information related to the voter's election participation trends, level of knowledge etc. through the System Random Method. By the end of July, the survey team will submit a detailed analytical report on all points related to the survey to the Election Department.

In CAP survey, the system will study the KABBP (Knowledge, Attitude, Belief, Behaviour, Practice) of voters by visiting 30-30 houses in 60 polling stations of 20 assembly constituencies of the state in more than 1800 families through random method and will provide the survey report on time.

On this occasion, Dr. Harishwar Dayal, Dr. Seema Akhori, Dr. Ashwini Kumar, Dr. Amit Kumar trained the survey personnel on various points related to the survey.
