New Delhi, May 17 (Hindustan Reporter) The ICC announced the schedule of official practice matches for the Men's T20 World Cup 2024 late on Thursday night. The matches are to be played from Monday 27 May to Saturday 1 June across the United States and at two venues in Trinidad and Tobago in the West Indies.
The venues hosting the 16 practice matches are Grand Prairie Cricket Stadium, Grand Prairie Texas, Broward County Stadium, Broward County, Florida and Queens Park Oval and Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad and Tobago.
The practice matches will be played 2-20 overs and will not have international T20 status as teams will be allowed to field all members of their 15-player squads. Teams will now have the option of playing two practice matches depending on their arrival time at the event.
