Prabhat Kumar Singh of Purnia University became the first PhD degree holder in History

Purnia, May 29 (HS). Prabhat Kumar Singh was awarded PhD degree for his research in history at Purnia University.

Under the auspices of the Department of History, Purnia University, Purnia, the external examiner Professor Dr. Ashok Kumar Sinha, Head of the Department of History, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University recommended the award of PhD degree to researcher Prabhat Kumar Singh after the open interview examination.

In this open interview examination, under the chairmanship of the Head of the Department of History, Purnia University, Purnia, in the presence of the Heads of all the postgraduate departments of the University and teachers of other subjects of the University, it was recommended to award the PhD degree. The original certificate of which will be awarded by the Chancellor in the convocation to be held in the near future.

Purnia University Vice Chancellor Professor Rajnath Yadav, Vice Chancellor Professor Pawan Kumar Jha, Registrar Dr. Anant Prasad Gupta, DSW Professor Margoob Alam, Dean Social Sciences Professor Dr. Anant Prasad Gupta, Examination Controller Professor Dr. Ajay Kumar Pandey congratulated the Head of the Department Professor Arvind Verma and the researcher on completing their research work and receiving the honorary PhD degree. There are 20 postgraduate departments in Purnia University, in which researcher Prabhat Kumar Singh of the History Department was awarded the PhD degree. Prabhat Kumar Singh is the first researcher of the History Department of Purnia University, Purnia, who has made Purnia University proud by doing research work in Purnia University and obtaining a PhD degree.
