Youth will be given internship facility in top-500 companies. Here they will be given internship allowance of Rs 5000 every month. The selected youth will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 4500 from the government, while an additional Rs 500 will be given by the companies.

Who will get the benefit of this scheme?
The age of the youth should be between 21 years to 24 years. It is also important that he does not do a full time job. If any person in the candidate's family is a government employee then he/she will also not be eligible for this scheme. Not only this, youth studying from prestigious institutes like IIT, IIM will also not be eligible for this scheme.
1 crore youth will get internship
Under this scheme, internship opportunities will be provided to 1 crore youth. The internship program will be launched in two phases, aiming to train 1 crore youth over a period of five years.
Registration will take place from 12th to 25th October
Registration for the internship will be open from October 12 to October 25, 2024. Selected candidates will be informed between 27 October and 7 November 2024 and companies will issue offers between 8 November and 15 November. The first batch of interns is expected to start on 2 December 2024. The internship will last for 12 months. It is estimated that Rs 800 crore will be spent on this scheme.
