Poonam Mishra took over as Finance Officer of Open University

Prayagraj, 04 July (HS). Mrs. Poonam Mishra, regular finance officer of Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University, took charge today. Poonam, an officer of Uttar Pradesh Finance and Accounts Service Cadre Group-A, was earlier working in Super Specialty Children Hospital, Noida.

Welcoming Poonam Mishra at a ceremony organized in the university, Vice Chancellor Professor Satyakam said that with the university getting a full-time finance officer, the stalled work will move forward rapidly. Financial discipline should be the first priority for the development of the institution, on which the new finance officer will pay full attention. The Vice Chancellor expressed gratitude to the Uttar Pradesh government for appointing a full-time finance officer in the university.

On this occasion, the newly appointed Finance Officer of the University, Poonam Mishra, while expressing her gratitude to the Vice Chancellor, said that under his guidance, she will contribute in every possible way to the development of the University while taking full care of financial integrity. On this occasion, the newly appointed Finance Officer was welcomed by the Director, Registrar, Controller of Examinations, officers and employees of the University.
