Ranchi, August 27 (HS). Chief Electoral Officer K. Ravi Kumar held a meeting with all the recognized political parties after the final publication of the second special summary revision program of the voter list. He said that they should also run awareness campaigns among voters at their level so that people must check their names in the updated voter list.

Kumar said that in view of the upcoming assembly elections, the final publication of the list has been done at all districts, blocks and polling centers under the second special summary revision program of the voter list in the state. The soft and hard copy of this new list has also been made available to all political parties.

During this, he also resolved the questions and doubts of the representatives of all the political parties present in the meeting. The representatives of the political parties unanimously praised the campaigns being run by the Election Office across the state for voter awareness.

On this occasion, apart from the representatives of recognized political parties, Assistant Chief Electoral Officer Dev Das Dutta and Deputy Electoral Officer Headquarters Sanjay Kumar were also present.
