Shimla, 14 November (HS). A case of misbehavior with a woman has come to light in the capital Shimla. The victim woman has accused a sub-inspector of the police department of misbehaving with her.
In the complaint given to the police, the victim, a resident of Shimla, has said that on Wednesday evening she and a friend of hers were leaving her office in Chhota Shimla and going to the market to buy clothes for the child. At the same time, a person working as a police sub-inspector, coming from the direction of Oak Over, started abusing him and said that now I am free from the court, I will see you all. She got scared after hearing this. According to the victim, the accused also threatened her and had threatened her many times before.
On the basis of this complaint of the victim, action is being taken by registering an FIR against the accused under Section 79 of the Indian Justice Code at Chhota Shimla Police Station.
