UP exam cheating case: In Uttar Pradesh, the police have caught a big gang involved in cheating in exams. When the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) exam was going on in Azamgarh district, the SOG and police team raided and caught a gang that was plotting to cheat in the exam by taking money.

12 people including the school manager were arrested

In the action taken by the police of Rani Sarai police station, 12 people including the principal, teachers and school manager of Rajendra Memorial Inter College Sethwal were arrested. During the raid, Rs 18 lakh 18 thousand were also seized.

The mysterious letter opened the door

According to the information, four-five days ago the police had received an anonymous letter exposing cheating in the exam. The entire strategy of action was prepared on the basis of that letter. SP Hemraj Meena was given the responsibility in this case and he gave the responsibility to SP City to investigate the entire matter and catch the cheating mafia. After getting evidence of money laundering in UPI, raids were conducted and 12 people were arrested.

After questioning the principal, Rs 18 lakh was recovered

Azamgarh SP Hemraj Meena said that we received information that D.El.Ed. third semester examination was being held in Rajendra Smarak Inter College. This examination included three subjects including science. It was told that mass cheating was being done in this examination and money was taken from all the students for this. Therefore, an investigation was conducted by a team of the city area, SP City, Deputy Mamlatdar and Deputy Director.
