Mumbai: Famous actress Hansika Motwani’s sister-in-law Muskaan Nancy James has filed a case of domestic violence against her family. Muskaan is also a TV actress. She is married to Hansika’s brother Prashant.
Hansika’s brother Prashant Motwani married famous television actress Muskaan Nancy in 2020. However, Muskaan and Prashant have been living separately for two years. Muskaan has filed a police complaint against her husband Prashant, mother-in-law Jyoti Motwani and sister-in-law Hansika.
Based on the complaint, the police registered a complaint under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code at Amboli police station on December 18.
According to the complaint, Muskaan alleges that her mother-in-law and sister-in-law have interfered a lot in her married life and due to this, her relationship with her husband has become strained. Muskaan has accused her husband Prashant Motwani of domestic violence and claims that she has suffered facial paralysis due to the stress of domestic violence.
This disease causes temporary weakness or paralysis of the muscles on one side of the face. Therefore, Muska has made several allegations against her husband, mother-in-law and sister-in-law of demanding expensive gifts and money and property related fraud.
Based on the complaint, the police registered a case against Prashant, Jyoti and Hansika Motwani and conducted further investigation. Muskaan confirmed this and said, I have now sought legal help. I do not want to comment any further on this matter now.
However, Hansika Motwani has not yet given any reaction on this. So his brother Prashant said, I am out of the country. So I don’t know what’s going on.
It is noteworthy that Prashant had proposed Muskaan in 2020. After which both of them got married in December 2020.
