Parliament stampede case: Big news has come to light regarding the stampede between BJP and Congress near Makar Gate of Parliament. Delhi Police has now started investigating the matter and will collect CCTV footage of the Parliament complex. According to sources, Delhi Police has also sought permission from Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla in this regard.

Police preparing to send notice to Rahul Gandhi

According to sources, Delhi Police can recreate the scene. Apart from this, the police is also preparing to send a notice to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to join the investigation. After taking the statements of the injured MPs and getting the footage, the police can go to the spot and recreate the scene.

Complaint filed against Rahul Gandhi

There was a stampede during the opposition’s demonstration outside the Parliament on 19 December. In which two BJP MPs Pratap Sarangi and Mukesh Rajput were injured. After this incident, BJP alleged that these two MPs were pushed by Rahul Gandhi. On the evening of 19 December, BJP MPs Hemang Joshi, Anurag Thakur and Bansuri Swaraj lodged a police complaint in this matter. Based on this complaint, the police registered a case by deleting section 109 (attempt to murder) of the Indian Penal Code (BNS) and adding all other sections given in the complaint.
