Police arrested the accused who sent people abroad by creating a fake website

Faridabad, July 11 (HS). A team of Cyber ​​Police Station Ballabgarh has arrested an accused who created a fake website and sent money abroad. Police spokesperson said on Thursday that the name of the arrested accused is Sushil Kumar who is a resident of Sector-11 of Jind district. On May 30, 2024, a case was registered in Cyber ​​Police Station Ballabgarh under sections of fraud.

Accused Sushil had created a fake website of JC Bose University of Science and Technology in which the accused was arrested from Jind district. Police investigation revealed that the accused runs an organization named Euphoric Overseas which works on sending students abroad on study visa. The accused prepared a fake degree of JC Bose University for a student to send him abroad and created a fake website to verify that fake degree so that if someone wants to know the authenticity of the degree by visiting the website, the degree appears to be real.

The student should also be convinced that this degree is genuine. The police is investigating the case of the accused after confiscating the fake degree. During the investigation, it will be revealed how many people the accused has cheated before and after that the police will take action under the law. After police interrogation, the accused has been presented in the court and sent to jail.
