According to the report, Nawazuddin's brother was detained by the Budhana police from Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday, May 22. He has been arrested on suspicion of forgery. It is being told that Nawazuddin Siddiqui's brother had allegedly issued an order to the Consolidation Department illegally on behalf of the District Magistrate Court. This was done due to the ongoing agricultural land dispute with a man named Javed Iqbal. However, it was later found that the order issued was fake. After this, the District Magistrate lodged a complaint and a case was registered against Ayazuddin under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
This is not the first time that Nawazuddin Siddiqui's brother is in trouble. In 2018, Ayazuddin Siddiqui was also accused of hurting religious sentiments by sharing an allegedly objectionable photo on social media. But a case was registered against me. Some time ago, Nawazuddin Siddiqui was in the headlines for his separation from his wife Aaliya Siddiqui. In May 2020, Alia sent a divorce notice to the actor via WhatsApp and email and alleged that their marriage was strained for almost 10 years. Alia also accused Nawazuddin's brother Shams of violence.
