Vadodara: Vadodara Police will be deployed in full force to ensure that the players can celebrate this grand festival of Navla Nortana with heart and soul this year too. For this, the Vadodara Police Department has prepared an action plan. This year Garba has been organized at 46 places in the city, where the police department will keep a close watch. Along with this, the police will keep a close watch on every nook and corner, from the city roads to the traffic signals.

The city police department has published a notification regarding the upcoming Navratri festival in the coming days. In which strict rules and security arrangements have been emphasized. More emphasis has been laid on women's safety during Navratri. In view of Navratri, the city police has held a meeting with Garba organizers and instructed them to follow some mandatory rules.

Police Commissioner Narasimha Kumar told what preparations the police department has made for Navratri? Giving information about this, he said that Navla Norta will be celebrated as per the rules. City police will be deployed round the clock during Navratri.

Garba organisers will have to make parking arrangements and CCTV surveillance at the venue. There will be no relaxation in the rules. The organisers will have to maintain fire safety facilities. The police department will keep an eye on every nook and corner of the city. Policemen in plain clothes will keep an eye on the people.

Also, it will be ensured that there is no traffic problem. There will be 24-hour patrolling in the city. Not only the Garba grounds but also the Garba happening on the road will be monitored. Four roads, signals, dark spots will be monitored. There is a plan to install CCTV cameras at all these places. Women police personnel will also be deployed in the crowd. Therefore, along with Romeos, anti-social elements will also be monitored.
