Garba organisers will have to make parking arrangements and CCTV surveillance at the venue. There will be no relaxation in the rules. The organisers will have to maintain fire safety facilities. The police department will keep an eye on every nook and corner of the city. Policemen in plain clothes will keep an eye on the people.
Also, it will be ensured that there is no traffic problem. There will be 24-hour patrolling in the city. Not only the Garba grounds but also the Garba happening on the road will be monitored. Four roads, signals, dark spots will be monitored. There is a plan to install CCTV cameras at all these places. Women police personnel will also be deployed in the crowd.
