PM Modi will visit Russia, Foreign Ministry gave information

For the past few days, there was talk about Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Russia. Now the Ministry of External Affairs has said in an official statement that PM Modi is going on a visit to Russia.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will undertake an official visit to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Austria on 8-10 July 2024. The Prime Minister will be in Moscow to attend the 22nd India-Russia Annual Summit at the invitation of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on a visit to Russia and Austria from July 8 to 10. According to sources, Modi will be in Moscow on July 8 and 9 where he will attend the 23rd India-Russia annual summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Modi will be in Vienna, the capital of Austria, on July 9 and 10. This will be the first visit of an Indian Prime Minister to Austria in four decades. Indira Gandhi was the last Indian Prime Minister to visit Austria in 1983.

Both countries are currently celebrating the 75th anniversary of the establishment of their bilateral relations. Austria is playing an important role in India's startup, high-tech and education sector. With an emphasis on research and development, Austria has taken substantial measures to promote the growth of startups in sectors such as advanced manufacturing, renewable energy and information technology.
