DRM Vinay Srivastava inspected Raxaul station on Tuesday and gave many necessary instructions. DRM reached Raxaul while doing window inspection via Sitamarhi, where Station Superintendent Anil Kumar Singh welcomed him. After that he inspected the platform, goods warehouse, passenger waiting room, etc. of Raxaul station. In the course of the inspection, he inspected the goods warehouse from the foot overbridge. After this, he came out of the station with his team and met the local railways on 26th February in the station premises regarding the redevelopment work to be done in Raxaul under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme. Gave necessary instructions to the officials.
On the occasion, DRM Shri Srivastava told the journalists that an amount of Rs 22 crore has been sanctioned for Raxaul station under Amrit Bharat Station Scheme. Due to which the work of development of passenger facilities will be done here. Also regarding the operation of the new train, he said that no such instructions have been received yet. After receiving the instructions, specific information will be given regarding the operation of the new train.
