PM Modi will launch development projects worth Rs 60 thousand crore during his Gujarat tour today

PM MODI IN GUJARAT: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Gujarat on Thursday 22 February. PM Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of several development projects costing more than Rs 60,000 crore here.

PM Modi will reach Ahmedabad at 10.45 am on 22 February. Here PM Modi will participate in the golden jubilee celebrations of Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation.

PM Modi will reach Mehsana at 12.45 pm and will offer worship and darshan at Valinath Mahadev Temple. After this, at around 1 pm, PM Modi will attend a public program in Mehsana and inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of several development schemes costing more than Rs 13,500 crore.

After this, PM Modi will reach Navsari at 4:15 pm, where he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of several development schemes costing more than Rs 47,000 crore. PM Modi will visit Kakrapar Atomic Power Station at around 6 pm. From here, PM Modi will gift two new Pressurized Heavy Water Reactors (PHWR).

These nuclear power plants with a capacity of 700 MW will take the state towards net zero carbon emissions by using clean and sustainable energy. The inauguration of Unit-3 at Kakrapar Atomic Power Plant (KAPP-3), India's first indigenous nuclear power plant (Nuclear Power Plant) in Gujarat, is a significant achievement in India's nuclear power sector. Designed by Indian scientists and engineers, this Pressurized Heavy Water Reactor (PHWR) is an example of indigenous innovation and state-of-the-art safety measures as per international standards.
