PM Modi said that today India is the eighth country in the world where this program related to the global semiconductor industry is being organized. PM Modi said that I can definitely say that this is the best time for India. He said that our dream is that every device should have a chip manufactured in India. Our government will do whatever is necessary for this.

Investment of over Rs 1.5 trillion in a short span of time
On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that today India's mantra is to increase the number of chips produced in its country. Therefore, we have taken several steps to advance semiconductor manufacturing. He said that today the Government of India is providing 50 percent assistance for setting up semiconductor manufacturing facilities in the country. State governments are also helping in this at their level. Due to the policies of our government, more than Rs 1.5 trillion has been invested in this sector in India in a very short time.
