PM Modi is a ray of hope for Ukraine and Palestine | News India

BRICS is emerging as a new group in front of NATO

In a way, the five countries in the BRICS group led by Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa form the world's largest geography and largest population. Russia has been advocating this for a long time and is hoping that if a new group can be formed against the US-led NATO, it will be the BRICS countries. However, this task is not so easy. Because, there have been many points of conflict between the two largest countries of BRICS, China and India.

The shadow of war is looming over the relations between India and China

Actually, there are many old disputes between the two countries. There is also the shadow of an old war. But, after the Galwan crisis in 2020, both the countries were seen almost clashing with each other. There is also a front between the two on economic issues. It is believed that the business of the new world is shifting from China to India.

Amidst all this, the latest initiatives by both India and China show that they want to resolve their problems. After visiting three countries Saudi Arabia, Germany and Switzerland, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said in a conversation in Geneva on Thursday that 75% of the issues between India and China have been resolved.

Even a 25% crisis is very challenging

Of course, the 25% crisis between India and China is not small. Both countries are gradually trying to resolve this crisis. There is an effort to bring the armies back to the old position in Ladakh. Both should respect each other's territory. Diplomatic talks should be held on a large scale. The latest information is that now there is a discussion on resuming the stopped direct flights between India and China.

India's Minister of State for Aviation says that requests are coming for direct flights from China. A decision will be taken after discussions with all parties, including the Ministry of External Affairs. Direct flights between India and China were banned during the Covid period. But, it could not be resumed after Galwan that same year.

India also needs to look after its affairs with China

It is true that the people of both India and China are worried about the lack of this direct flight, but at a larger diplomatic level, the government has many questions to answer. The most important thing is that if India has to play a major influential role in the world, then it will have to find solutions to its problems on its own.

Better relations with China and efforts for peace between Russia and Ukraine. These are the two important agendas that the Indian government has in mind. The interesting thing is that America and European countries are becoming an obstacle in this effort for peace in the world.

Arms supplies to Europe are a concern

European countries continue to provide arms to Ukraine. The latest news is that Ukraine is now also seeking permission to use long-range missiles. They say that this will suppress Russia to some extent. Many countries associated with America's NATO allies are in favor of this use. However, America is still considering this option; because Russia's reaction to this can be sharp.

Russia has also made its position clear

Russia has said that it will consider this an attack on it by Europe. Then it will take the same step.' This is further provoking the war. That is, on one hand India is trying for peace and solution, on the other hand America and its allies are trying to provoke war.

Israel gives importance to India

Israel was attacked by Hamas on October 7, 2023. Three days later, on October 10, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called Prime Minister Narendra Modi. From this you can guess how important India is for Israel. India strongly condemned the terrorist attacks and expressed solidarity with Israel, but also maintained relations with Palestine. India has never called Hamas a terrorist organization.

India, along with the US and Australia, continued to call for an end to the bombing. India initiated a humanitarian ceasefire between Israel and Palestine. On the one hand they maintained sympathetic relations with Israel and on the other hand they also helped the Palestinian people a lot. India sent 70 tonnes of humanitarian aid including 16.5 tonnes of medicines and medical supplies to Gaza via Egypt.

India works on humanitarian aspects while improving relations with every country

The special thing is that Iran has come forward to help Palestine. After the assassination of first the Iranian President and then the Hamas chief in Iran, Iran itself started talking about war against Israel.
