PM Narendra Modi in Russia: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a two-day visit to Russia. He arrived in Moscow on Monday (July 8) where he was given a grand welcome by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Today Prime Minister Modi has arrived in Moscow to meet the Indian community. Where he is addressing the Indian community settled in Russia.

2 new consulates to open in Russia

Speaking further, Prime Minister Modi said that 'I want to share a good news with you today. Two new consulates of India will be opened in Kazan and Yekaterinburg, Russia. This will make it easier to travel and do business here.' He further said that 'President Putin has played an important role in the safe evacuation of Indian students trapped in the war zone. During the 20 years of rule of President Putin, the relations between the two countries have strengthened. India-Russia friendship has always been positive. Raj Kapoor and Mithun Chakraborty have played an important role in strengthening the friendship between the two countries.'

The friendship between India and Russia is eternal

Talking about his previous visit, Prime Minister Modi said, “I have come to Russia six times in the last 10 years and we (Putin) have met 17 times in the last ten years. I am grateful to my friend President Putin, India and Russia are walking shoulder to shoulder. India and Russia have a unique relationship. I am an admirer of the unique relationship with Russia. The friendship between the two countries will always remain. Our friendship has grown stronger each time. Druzhba in Russian means friendship in Hindi. This word reflects the relationship between the two countries.”

Russia is India's partner in good and bad times

Talking about the relations between India and Russia, Prime Minister Modi said that the people of the Indian community are taking the relations between India and Russia forward. Russia is India's partner in happiness and sorrow. The friendship between India and Russia has always been sweet. This relationship is built on mutual trust. Singing the song 'Yahan ghar par lal topi pehen hai sahab…', this song may be old but the feeling is still the same. I am a fan of India-Russia relations. The strength of our relationship has been tested many times and every time it has become stronger.

Accepting challenges is in my DNA

Accepting challenges is in my DNA. What we have developed so far is just a trailer. In the next 10 years, India's new momentum from semiconductor manufacturing to green hydrogen to green vehicles will become a symbol of global development. It will write a chapter of global development. India's share in global growth is 15 percent. It is sure to expand further in the coming times.

India's largest digital transaction model

Apart from this, Prime Minister Modi said that India believes in the power of its 140 crore citizens. There is faith and pride in the potential of Indians spread across the world. Due to which India is changing. India is the biggest model of digital transactions. Today India is working hard. Indians living abroad are proud of India today. In his address, Prime Minister Modi said that 'Today I have not come here alone but have brought with me the fragrance of the country's soil. I have brought the love of 140 crore countrymen. Today is 9th July, the special thing about this day is that on this day I took oath as the Prime Minister. Thus, it has been a month since I took oath as the Prime Minister for the third time.

While addressing the Indian community, Prime Minister Modi said, “I have taken an oath that if I become the Prime Minister for the third time, I will work at three times the speed. We have to work at three times the speed. Our aim is to make India the third largest economy of the world. We have to make three crore millionaires. Three crore houses have to be built for the poor.”
