PM Modi in Maharashtra Election: Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing a public meeting in Chimur in Chandrapur district of Maharashtra on Tuesday attacked the opposition. In this public meeting, Prime Minister Modi addressed the opposition alliance Maha Vikas Aghadi as a player of corruption and created an uproar in politics. At the same time, his Mahayuti government and BJP’s NDA government at the center have been called double engines of development.
‘Aghadi is the biggest player of corruption’
The Prime Minister gave a statement that, ‘In the last two and a half years, you have seen the double engine of development, that is, you have seen double the pace of development. Maharashtra is the state with the highest foreign investment. There are new airports and expressways, a dozen Vande Bharat trains are running and more than 100 railway stations are being rejuvenated. The rapid development of Maharashtra is not in the hands of Aghadi. He has done a PhD on stopping development and Congress has a double PhD in this. Aghadi is the biggest player of corruption.
Aghadi tried to disrupt the work
The Mahayuti alliance in Maharashtra along with the BJP-led NDA government at the Center means a double engine government in the state. That means growth twice as fast. The Mahayuti government is developing at an alarming pace, while the Aghadi people try to hamper the work. The people of Chandrapur would know it better. People here have been demanding rail connectivity for decades, but Congress and Aghadi never allowed this to happen.
Modi further said that today you yourself have shown how the election results are going to be in Maharashtra. This crowd of people is saying that Mahayuti is going to form the government in Maharashtra with an overwhelming majority. Chimur and the people of entire Maharashtra have decided – ‘BJP – Mahayuti ahe, tar gati ahe, Maharashtrachi pragati ahe.’
