PM Kisan Yojana: The 17th installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana may be released after the first week of June. However, the government has not yet decided the date. The 16th installment of PM Kisan was released by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in February this year.
Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is a scheme run for the farmers of India. It was started to provide financial assistance to farmers. Under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Yojana, farmers are given Rs 6000 annually. The beneficiary farmers are waiting for the 17th installment of the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.
Under the Pradhan Mantri-Kisan Yojana, eligible farmers are given Rs 2,000 every four months, which works out to Rs 6,000 annually. This money is given every year in three installments – April-July, August-November and December-March. This money is transferred online to the bank accounts of the farmers.

They will not get the benefit of Prime Minister Kisan
Farmers who have not yet completed the e-KYC verification process and whose land has not been verified will not get the benefit of this scheme. Those whose family members are working or retired in Central/State Government Departments and Regional Offices/PSUs will not get this benefit. Those farmers who are taxpayers, whose family members are professionals like doctors, engineers, lawyers, chartered accountants, architects etc. cannot register.
