1. Renewal and Verification of Aadhaar e-KYC:
E-KYC has been made mandatory for every beneficiary on PM Kisan Portal. If you have not done e-KYC yet, you can do it for free through Aadhaar OTP by visiting PM Kisan Portal (pmkisan.gov.in). Apart from this, e-KYC can also be completed by using ‘Face Authentication’ (face scan) feature on PM Kisan mobile app or by giving biometric fingerprint at the nearest Common Service Center (CSC).

2. NPCI Mapping of Bank Account and DBT Activation:
The government no longer sends money directly to any account through IFSC code, rather this transfer is done through Aadhaar-Based Payment Bridge System (APBS). For this, it is mandatory for your bank account to be linked to Aadhaar and activated for DBT on the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) server. Visit your bank branch and fill the ‘Aadhaar NPCI Seeding Form’ and ensure that your account is DBT-enabled.

3. Online Status of Land Records (Land Verification):
Digital verification of revenue records (Land Seeding) is being done by the state governments to exclude fraudsters and ineligible people in the scheme. Your status on the portal should read ‘YES’ next to ‘Land Seeding’.
