Players trained in soft tennis in Motihari will participate in state soft tennis

East Champaran, 16 April (H.I.S.). The two-day soft tennis training camp running at Gandhi Maidan in Motihari city, the district headquarters, concluded on Tuesday. The trained players will represent the district in the state soft tennis competition to be held in Patna from May 11 to May 13.

Vinay Singh, District President Soft Tennis East Champaran, District President of Grappling Wrestling Association Binod Kumar Jaiswal, Tennis Ball Cricket District Secretary Motihari Dr. Manish Kumar Singh arrived as the chief guest on the closing occasion, World Cup of Soft Tennis game as coach. BCCI player Satyam Kumar (Sasaram), international player Ravi Kumar Mehta (Patna), national player Raj Malhotra (Jehanabad) were honored with flower bunch and insignia.

It is noteworthy that this training was done under the joint aegis of East Champaran District Soft Tennis Association, National Sports Academy and Army Recruitment Physical Training Centre, in which player Satyam Kumar, who represented India in the World Cup, participated and trained the players. Player and coach Ravi Kumar Mehta also taught the players the tricks of soft tennis.

All the players receiving training will represent the district in the State Soft Tennis Competition to be held in Patna from May 11 to May 13. Soft Tennis Association Secretary Sonu Singh, Training In-charge Deepak Kashyap, Physical Doctor Manish Kumar Singh, Association President Vinay Singh, Chief Patron Professor Pahlad Singh, Director Dr. Karmatma Pandey, Munna Giri and others were present on the occasion.
