Ghaziabad, August 11 (HS). On Sunday, the police presented Hindu Raksha Dal president Pinky Chaudhary and supporter Badal before duty magistrate Adarsh Kumar amid tight security. From where both were sent to jail in judicial custody for 14 days.
In this case, sub-inspector Sanjeev Kumar had registered a case against Hindu Raksha Dal president Pinky Chaudhary and 15 to 20 supporters under sections 191 (2), 354, 115 (2), 117 (4), 299 and 324 (5) of the Indian Penal Code. Late Saturday night, Pinky Chaudhary and one of his supporters Badal were arrested by the police. Both were accused of attacking people living in slums in Guldhar area, calling them Bangladeshis. The video of the incident also went viral. No Bangladeshi was found in the police investigation.
