How to make pineapple chutney:
To make pineapple chutney, first fry the pineapple. Place the pineapple on gas flame and fry it evenly from all sides while turning it.
When the pineapple is roasted well, remove it from the flame, let it cool and then peel it with the help of a knife.
After peeling, cut the pineapple into small pieces and keep aside.
– Heat some mustard oil in a separate pan. Add fennel seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chillies in hot oil.
– Now add chopped pineapple to the spice mixture.
Add salt and a little sugar for balance.
– Let the chutney cook on low flame until it thickens and the oil starts separating.
Cook everything thoroughly. When this chutney starts thickening, leave it like this.
You can make chutney in another way also. First of all, cut and grind the pineapple and then add chaat masala, black pepper, cumin powder and salt to it. Mix all these things well. Chop some green coriander on top, mix it and then serve. In this way you can prepare this chutney quickly.
