EPFO has given this information regarding its customers on X. The organization said in a tweet that services related to Aadhaar authentication will be affected due to technical maintenance of the Aadhaar setup of the platform.
Many users complained on Twitter about the issues they were facing in logging into the EPFO website and submitting claims. A user said that his password could not be updated. At the same time, another user said that his online claim is not being submitted. On this, EPFO said that services related to Aadhaar authentication will be affected. EPFO has not said when the technical maintenance will be completed and when the services will be started.
If EPFO subscribers want solution to any other problem then they can complain about it by visiting their complaint channel. EPFO said on Twitter that EPFO runs a channel to lodge complaints. Subscribers can lodge their complaint by visiting the link epfigms.gov.in. And then at the time of registration they will get a complaint ID, which they can send to EPFO, after which it will be forwarded to the concerned desk.
