New Delhi, 12 August (HS). The price of crude oil continues to rise in the international market. The price of Brent crude is close to $ 80 per barrel and WTI crude is close to $ 78 per barrel. Public sector oil and gas marketing companies have not made any change in the price of petrol and diesel on Monday.
According to the website of Indian Oil, petrol is available in Delhi at Rs 94.72, diesel at Rs 87.62, petrol in Mumbai at Rs 103.44, diesel at Rs 89.97, petrol in Kolkata at Rs 104.95, diesel at Rs 91.76, petrol in Chennai at Rs 100.75, diesel at Rs 92.34 per liter.
It is worth mentioning that on the first trading day of the week in the international market, Brent crude has reached the level of $ 79.82 per barrel with a jump of $ 0.16 i.e. 0.20 percent. At the same time, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude is stable at $ 77.13 per barrel with a rise of $ 0.29 i.e. 0.33 percent.
