Nainital, August 03 (HS). The High Court has rejected the petition, justifying the decision to cancel the candidature of candidates who applied with D.El.Ed certificates from other states other than the state's DIET in the recruitment of Assistant Teacher Primary Education in the state.
The case was heard before the single bench of Justice Pankaj Purohit. According to the case, Sonam had filed a petition in the High Court saying that while applying for the post of Assistant Teacher Primary Education, she had attached the certificate of doing D.El.Ed. course from Prayagraj. The State Primary Education Department rejected it and said that only those candidates will be eligible for the post of Assistant Teacher Primary Education who have done D.El.Ed. course from the state's DIET. The government said that this condition is already written in the advertisement. On this basis, the court rejected the petition.
