Shing Bhajiya Recipe: If you want to eat quickly then serve Shing Bhajiya in a plate, you will enjoy it. Today I will tell you how to make Shing Bhujiya at home just like the Shing Bhujiya available in packets.

Ingredients for making Shing Bhujia

  • Peanut seeds,
  • Salt,
  • Kashmiri Chilli Powder,
  • Cumin powder,
  • Asafoetida,
  • Ginger-garlic paste,
  • Water,
  • Gram flour,
  • Rice flour,
  • Oil,
  • freshly ground black pepper,
  • Spice,
  • powdered sugar.

How to make Shing Bhujia

step 1
First of all, add gram flour, salt, Kashmiri chili powder, cumin powder, asafoetida, ginger-garlic paste and water in a bowl and mix well.

Step-2
Now sprinkle water over the peanuts in a bowl and wet them and coat them with rice flour.

step 3 –
Now add the peanut seeds in a bowl with the spice mixture and coat them well.

Step 4
Now heat oil in a pan and fry the peanuts in it till they become crispy and golden brown. – Take out the fried singbhajiya in a vessel, sprinkle characha powder and chaat masala on top and serve.
