Pema Khandu became the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh for the third time, 11 MLAs also became ministers

Itanagar, June 13 (HS). Governor KT Parnaik administered the oath of office and secrecy to BJP leader Pema Khandu as the 11th Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh. Along with this, Governor Parnaik also administered the oath of ministership to 11 MLAs. Pema Khandu has been made the Chief Minister of the state for the third time and Chona Mein has been made the Deputy Chief Minister again.

On Thursday, at the DK Convention Center, Governor KT Parnaik first administered the oath of office and secrecy to Pema Khandu as the 11th Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh. After this, the Governor also administered the oath of office to 11 MLAs. The cabinet ministers of Pema Khandu's cabinet include Byuram Wage, Nyato Dukum, Gabriel D Wangshu, Wangki Lowang, PD Sona, Mama Natung, Dasanglu Pul, Balo Raja, Kento Jini and Ojing Tsing.

After the swearing-in ceremony, Chief Minister Khandu addressed the media and said that the people of the state have chosen BJP with trust. We, along with the cabinet, will maintain the trust of the people of the state and work for the development of the state and to take the state further ahead. He said that our cabinet team will work following the BJP's Sankalp Patra. He thanked the people of the state for trusting BJP and electing them again. He also thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his cabinet.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Health Minister JP Nadda, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju, senior BJP leader Ravi Shankar along with Chief Ministers of North-Eastern states, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma of Assam, N Biren Singh of Manipur, Dr. Manik Saha of Tripura, Prem Singh Tamang of Sikkim and other prominent dignitaries were present in the swearing-in ceremony.
