Under Section 370, if daughters of Jammu and Kashmir marry somewhere else, they do not get rights in their father's property. Dalits and tribal people living in Jammu and Kashmir were also not getting the benefits of reservation. Therefore their rights are being taken away. By repealing this section, sisters and daughters of tribal, Ladhumati and Dalit communities have got their due rights. Since the removal of the article, there has been a 70 percent reduction in terrorist attacks in Jammu and Kashmir. Now the local people here want to contribute to the development of the country instead of terrorism.

When the elected government there is trying to break the decisions taken by the first Parliament instead of giving priority to development works, then it is important to know where the loyalty of Congress leaders towards Bangharan has gone. What objection do they have to the protection of rights given by the Constitution to brothers and sisters of tribal, dalit or minority community? Why do they want to take away their rights? He will have to answer this to the people of the country, otherwise I am sure the public will answer him.
