Patient who came to BRD was tricked and taken to private hospital, seven arrested

Gorakhpur, 21 February (HS). The family members who had come to Baba Raghavdas (BRD) Medical College to admit their patient were tricked into getting him admitted to a private hospital in the city. The police have now taken action by identifying those who were setting up BRD by saying that there were no vacant beds and have arrested them and sent them to jail.

It may be noted that seven accused including the contractual ward boy, structure operator and guard of BRD Medical College have been arrested by Chiluvatal police. Apart from gang leader Manoj, these arrested accused include Umesh Kumar son of Ramkewal, Bittu Yadav son of Anirudh Yadav Mohammad, Aslam son of Mohammad Islam, Mahendra son of Vijaynath, Shahnawaz son of Mohammad Qasim, Umesh Bharti son of Nandlal and Deendayal son of Fagulal.
