Passengers will get special facilities at RRTS stations, special discounts will be available at these two stations

RRTS Special Service: The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) on Thursday said that in order to provide better transport facilities to the people, two-wheelers, cab services, autorickshaws and feeder bus services will be made available on rent at all Regional Rapid Transport System (RRTS) stations from Delhi to Meerut. NCRTC said in a statement that passengers will get Rapido bike taxi at Sahibabad and Ghaziabad stations at a discount of 10 percent.

With the start of operation of Namo Bharat Train, NCRTC is also trying to provide the facility of two-wheelers and bicycles on rent at the stations, so that people can get more convenience in reaching their homes. Currently, Namo Bharat Train is being operated at eight stations in the 34 kilometer section of RRTS from Sahibabad to Modi Nagar North. NCRTC said that apart from this, people traveling in Namo Bharat Train are being given a discount of 10 percent on using Rapido bike taxi at Ghaziabad and Sahibabad stations. Soon this facility will be available to passengers at other stations as well.

Namo train will soon run till Meerut

Let us tell you that the construction of Delhi-Meerut Regional Rapid Transport System (RRTS) corridor is going on at a fast pace. 50 percent of the work of RRTS has been completed. Rapid Rail (Namo Bharat Train) is already running between Sahibabad to Duhai and Duhai to Modi Nagar, the first two sections of the corridor. Soon, Namo Bharat Train will also start running from Modi Nagar to Meerut South. The distance between these two stations is 8 kilometers. The work of this part has been completed. Also, this third section of Rapid Rail has also got the necessary approval from the Metro Rail Safety Commissioner. That is, now the way for Namo Bharat Train to reach Meerut has been cleared.

Namo Bharat Train running from Sahibabad to Meerut South will greatly benefit common passengers. This will provide convenience to those commuting from Delhi to Meerut. By traveling by Namo Bharat Train, it will take half an hour less to reach Meerut from Sahibabad. After the RRTS corridor becomes fully operational, students and working people commuting from Meerut to Delhi will benefit a lot. Meerut South will be the first station in the district where Namo Bharat Train will reach first. Metro train services will also start at this station. Vehicle parking will also be built on 13000 square feet of space at this station.
