Dehradun, 7 October (HS). Urban Development Minister Dr. Premchand on Monday reviewed the work of passing single residential and non-single residential maps. During this, he gave instructions to pass residential maps within 15 days and commercial maps within 30 days.
State Housing Minister Dr. Prem Chand Aggarwal reviewed the works of Haridwar Roorkee Development Authority in the auditorium of the Assembly on Monday.
Were reviewing. During this, the Minister said that instead of raising objections repeatedly on those maps in which deficiencies are found, they should be resolved by raising objections only once and the reasons for canceling the maps should be mentioned clearly.
Reviewing the infrastructure works, the Minister said that many works are being done by HRDA under the infrastructure head, many of which have been completed. Instructions have been given to complete the remaining works as soon as possible.
The Urban Development Minister also took information about the construction of parks and constructed plots by HRDA. He said that necessary action should be taken by the department to sell the constructed plot department property as soon as possible.
Keep an eye on unauthorized colonies through drones
The Minister also took information from the officials regarding unauthorized colonies and gave instructions to keep an eye on unauthorized colonies through drones also. He told the officials that strictest action should be taken against unauthorized colonies developed earlier. Necessary steps should be taken by the department to prevent such unauthorized colonies from being constructed. On this occasion, Vice President, HRDA, Anshul, Secretary, HRDA, Uttam Singh Chauhan, EE, HRDA, TP Nautiyal and other officials were present in the meeting.
