Party bowed down due to Bibhav's threat, took a U-turn in two days: Swati Maliwal

New Delhi, May 17 (Hindustan Reporter) MP Swati Maliwal, while responding to the allegations made by her own party, has said that the party has succumbed to Bibhav's threat and has gone back on its own statement given two days ago.

He said on social media, “This goon (Bibhav) is threatening the party, if arrested I will reveal all the secrets. That is why he is roaming in shelters everywhere from Lucknow.”

Earlier, a video had surfaced regarding the assault on Swati Maliwal at the Delhi Chief Minister's residence. In this she is sitting on the sofa and talking about calling the police. Questioning the video, Swati Maliwal had called it an attempt by a 'political hitman' to save himself.

On the other hand, Aam Aadmi Party has now changed its stand after admitting that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's PA assaulted Swati Maliwal. Party leader Atishi termed Sanjay Singh's statement based on incomplete information and said that the video surfaced today makes it clear that at the behest of BJP, Swati Maliwal has hatched a conspiracy to implicate the Chief Minister.

On this, Swati said on social media that the leaders (Atishi) who came to the party yesterday called the 20 year old worker an agent of BJP. Two days ago the party had accepted all the truth in a press conference and today took a U-turn.

He said that today under the pressure of Bibhav, the party has accepted defeat and to save a goon (Bibhav), the entire party is questioning his character. She has been fighting single-handedly for the women of the entire country. Will fight for herself also. 'Do character assassination vigorously, when the time comes the whole truth will come out.'

He said, “Fall as far as you can, God is watching everything. One day or the other the truth will be revealed to the world.” However, it is not clear from Swati's social media post who she is calling 'political hitman'.
