Jodhpur, 04 October (HS). Parliamentary Affairs, Law and Justice Minister Jogaram Patel held a public hearing at Jodhpur Circuit House on Friday and heard the problems of the common people and directed the concerned officials to take immediate necessary action and provide relief.

Patel said that the state government is working committedly to realize the resolve of Antyodaya and good governance under the efficient and sensitive leadership of Honorable Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma. To ensure that the work of the general public gets done within the stipulated time, the government is conducting regular public hearings. He said that the common people are being provided relief by quickly disposing of the complaints received in the public hearing as per the rules.

The Parliamentary Affairs Minister said that the officers should maintain public relations and carry out public welfare works on priority. All officers should do regular monitoring and surprise inspection of their departmental offices. He said that officers and personnel should discharge their government duties with sensitivity and seriousness. Patel listened to the problems of the common people from Jodhpur and rural areas and assured that the problems will be resolved quickly on priority. In the public hearing, issues related to education, roads, medical, electricity, drinking water supply and other issues related to the common people were heard. During the public hearing, departmental officers and public representatives including Revenue Appeal Officer Omprakash Bishnoi, Development Officer Dhawa Sukhram Bishnoi, Bhanwarlal Paliwal, Khinvraj Jangid, Shravan Patel, Mahendra Singh Beru, Jitendra Singh Bhandu and Bhalaram Dudiya were present.
