Ranchi, March 30 (Hindustan Reporter) Urban Development Secretary Chandrashekhar has instructed the officials to accelerate the work of urban development schemes in the state. The Drinking Water and Sanitation Department has been asked to take immediate handover of the drinking water schemes running in other bodies including Ranchi. For this, we have been asked to prepare an action plan and work.
Secretary Chandrashekhar has also asked all the sensors to know the reason for the delay in the schemes by doing video conferencing. He directed to expedite the work of Kantatoli flyover and also explore the possibility of parking below. A shop will also be built under the Kantatoli flyover. The Secretary has reviewed the construction work of Ranchi Transport Nagar.
Officials said that Phase-1 work will be completed by May. Also became aware of the progress of the buildings being constructed by the municipal bodies and the construction of the Town Hall.
